RETURNS POLICY

Customer satisfaction is our top priority and we will do everything we can to make your experience a good one. You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a refund minus shipping or you can choose to receive a full amount store credit. We’ll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (i.e. you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). Open unused products can be returned for store credit minus shipping. Food items cannot be returned.

HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM

With an account

1. Log into your store, then go to My Account (to be announced)

2. Go to Completed Orders, then click Return Item(s) next to the order

3. Fill out the following items on the return request:

  •  Quantity to return
  • Return reason
  • Return action
  • Comments optional

4. Click Submit Return Request.

Once your request has been processed you will receive an email with a return shipping label and RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number.

*Please note returns without an RMA# (Return Merchandise Authorization) will NOT be accepted!

Without an account

1. Use the Contact Us (support@cresurvivalshops.com) form

2. Fill out the required fields:

  • Select “Shipping/Returns” for Reason
  • Be sure to include your Order Number
  • Under Details tell us your reason for return and what action (i.e. Refund, Store credit) you are requesting. Once your request has been processed you will receive an email with a return shipping label and RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number.

*Please note returns without an RMA# (Return Merchandise Authorization) will NOT be accepted!

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly.

This time period includes the transit time for us to receive you return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund  request (5 to 10 business days). Typically refunds take 7-10 business days from the time we receive your item(s).
